How This Manual Is Organized

The Shape of the Work
Section titled “The Shape of the Work”Most of what a biller does in ClaimPod happens in a work queue. Data arrives and is checked automatically; only what a rule stops reaches a person. The Claim Loop is the one-page version of how that fits together.
Two things surprise most people early, and both have their own page: everything is scoped to the client selected in the sidebar, and an administrator cannot see patient data.
